Staff: Jess Lyons

Jess Lyons is an Ohio native who has called Colorado home for more than a decade, leading youth- and community-focused programs across the Front Range. With more than 10 years of experience in mission-driven leadership, she has built innovative programs, strengthened community partnerships, and supported teams dedicated to helping young people thrive. She is passionate about creating spaces where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered.

Jess is inspired by the long-term commitment at the heart of the Friends of the Children model and the deep relationships it builds with youth and families. Outside of work, you can catch her in front of the TV on Saturday cheering on her beloved Buckeyes and Googling the next new vacation destination.
