Damien Grissette is a former wildland firefighter and military veteran with a passion for serving others and mentoring youth. His commitment to youth development began through several years of coaching basketball, where he discovered the impact of strong, consistent leadership and mentorship. Drawing from his own experiences navigating challenging family dynamics and neighborhoods, Damien brings empathy, resilience, and a genuine understanding of the challenges many young people face. He is committed to building trusting relationships and empowering youth to recognize their strengths and reach their full potential.
