BOARD: Barbara Faulhaber-Hernandez, MSW

Barbara Faulhaber-Hernandez, MSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado and Utah with expertise in trauma-focused care for children, adolescents, and adults. She is a certified EMDR therapist and Attachment Trauma Specialist, with additional certifications in Advanced Flash Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She currently serves as a clinical therapist in private group practice at Original Path Counseling, where she works with individuals ages 5 to 60 and supervises LCSW candidates. Since 2015, she has also served as a senior director and clinical therapist at Spectrum, where she develops and oversees ABA treatment programs for adults with developmental disabilities and trauma-related needs.

Earlier in her career, Barbara worked at Liberty Counseling, Excelsior Youth Center, Judi's House, and Mercy Housing. She also held senior leadership roles in communications and marketing at Mercy Housing, Medical Group Management Association, and Qwest/US West Communications.
