Amy Davies is an accomplished nonprofit executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning finance, operations, human resources, governance, and strategic planning. As Chief Operating Officer of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR), she partners with the CEO and Board of Directors to guide the organization's financial stewardship, operational excellence, and mission-focused growth.
Amy was key in the operational structuring and launch of DMAR Gives, a charitable foundation working toward a Denver Metro community where everyone has access to stable housing, equity in the home-buying process, and support in achieving self-sufficiency. Over her career, she has guided organizations through mergers, capital projects, and real estate transactions, always with an eye toward long-term financial health and organizational culture.
Before joining DMAR, Amy served as Controller for Timberline Hospitalities, LLC, where she was key in financial operations across nine hotel franchises and successfully reduced a $50,000 state tax assessment by more than 60%, later joining an industry advisory group on taxation policy.
Amy is deeply committed to community service. She serves as Treasurer for CO Home Access for those with Disabilities (C.H.A.D.), volunteered with the Matthew Shepard Foundation's "Bear to Make a Difference" Gala, and previously served on the Board of the Community Action Partnership of Natrona County, WY.
